Today (January 2, 2018), I am (hopefully) going to finally win the battle via two methods:
- Leveraging the approach Gin Stephens share in her book, Delay, Don’t Deny: Living an Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle
- Preparing for a 5K using the Couch Potato to Running the 5K program
